Effective Monday, April 12, City Hall and the Westside Community Service Building will begin a phased transition of welcoming back the community for some in-person services. The first-floor lobbies of both locations will be open to the public for regular business hours Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. All other departments and staff members will still be available by phone, virtual appointments or for in-person meetings when other options are not feasible. Court proceedings will resume in-person starting Wednesday, April 21st. Moving forward, court will not take place during the last week of the month and this will be on a trial basis. Please contact Police Records at 608-837-7339 for further information.
