Statutory Housing Reports

2017 Wisconsin Act 243 requires that cities with populations of over 10,000 prepare and make available two new housing reports. The first must provide details regarding fees that are being charged by local governments related to the development and construction of new housing. The second must discuss housing affordability in the community, including the identification of lands that are currently zoned for residential development, and lands that are not yet zoned but are suitable for residential development and redevelopment.
