File Business Personal Property Statements Online!

We encourage all businesses with assets located within the City to file their Personal Property Statement online at:

http://db.sun-prairie.com/PPOnline/index.html

The site will be open and available by late December each year.

Every person, firm or corporation who has operating assets conducting business within the City of Sun Prairie must file a Statement of Personal Property (Form PA-003) with the City Assessor’s Office each year on or before March 1st.

If you are a new business or are unable to file electronically, please contact our office and the appropriate statement will be sent to you.  Filing deadline is always March 1st.

Businesses that fail to file a Statement of Personal Property are subject to penalty and forfeit their right to appear before the Board of Review to contest their assessment.

Completed Statement of Personal Property forms are confidential and are not available for public inspection.
