Licenses Expiring on December 31, 2017

The following licenses expire on December 31 and need to be renewed annually:

  • Flea Market/Secondhand Article Dealer Mall Licenses
  • Pawnbroker/Secondhand Article Dealer/Secondhand Jewelry Dealer Licenses

Renewal License Paperwork will be mailed to current licensees
November 27, 2017
Renewal License Paperwork is DUE to the City Clerk's Office.
December 5, 2017
Renewal Licenses will go to the Common Council for approval.
December 6, 2017
Renewal License Invoices will be prepared and mailed out.
January 1, 2018
All establishments must be displaying their new license.

Licenses Expiring on June 30, 2018

The following licenses expire on June 30 and need to be renewed annually:

  • Operator Licenses (a.k.a. Bartender's Licenses)
  • Alcohol Establishment Licenses
  • Amusement/Vending/Entertainment/Pool & Billiard Machine Licenses
  • Cigarette and Tobacco Retail Licenses
  • Nightclub Licenses
  • Taxicab & Limousine Operator Licenses

Renewal License Paperwork will be mailed to current licensees.
April 16, 2018
Renewal License Paperwork is DUE to the City Clerk's Office.
April 17, 2018
Renewal paperwork submitted is subject to the following Late Filing Fees:
- $100 for Alcohol Establishment Licenses
- $10 for Amusement/Vending/Entertainment/Pool & Billiard Machine Licenses
- $25 for Cigarette and Tobacco Retail License
May 1, 2018
Renewal paperwork submitted for Alcohol Establishments is subject to a $250 Late Filing Fee
June 5, 2018
Renewal Licenses will go to the Common Council for approval.
June 6, 2018
Renewal License Invoices will be prepared and mailed out.
June 20, 2018
Last day to pay license renewal fees with a check.
June 21, 2018           
Starting today, all renewal license fees must be paid with a credit card, cashier's check, or cash.
June 29, 2018
All renewal licenses must be picked up by 4:30 p.m. at the City Clerk's Office.
July 1, 2018
All establishments must be displaying their new license.
